Enlightened and Focused
I have made it a practice to attend the International Builder's Show each year. The showroom floor, which had recently been as large as 1M plus square feet, provides access to all of the state of the art products entering the market, their engineers and designers.
The meeting rooms offer hundreds of intensely focused seminars on topics such as building science, systems, management, technology, and customer service.
As usual, I return from this year's show in Orlando motivated and energized.
I networked with some of the finest builders in the country, some now taking leadership roles in the NAHB. Round table discussions with the best of the best, all focused on helping each other improve our businesses, customer care, and the industry as a whole. Very inspirational! I attended seminars on building science and communication, reinforcing our systems and getting some ideas to perfect them. I researched and engaged a new cloud based system to make the communication with our clients unequaled.
I found some amazing , creative, new products that I can't wait to share with our clients as the opportunity arises.
