As a new garage is being built in the back yard, the old garage becomes an exquisitely detailed family room.

After the pattern was laid out on the floor, tens of thousands of tile were shuffled into grids to organize and even out the "random" look with exact specified percentages of each shade in each grid and then laid by hand, individually.
